Reservation Policy

Check-In Time: Flexible | Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM

Your Peach House hosts will do everything possible to make your stay enjoyable and memorable. To facilitate that, we have set the following policies. Please take a few minutes to review these policies, and feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Booking Policies

Room rates include double occupancy and breakfast.  Rates are quoted per night excluding taxes and fees (18.5%).

Only rates as published on our website are guaranteed.

We do not accept walk-in guests.  Reservations can only be made online.

We require a deposit which will be charged to your credit card at the time of making your reservation. Guests will be invoiced for the balance and the balance must be paid at least 5 days before arrival.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card regardless of how the final payment will be made. We accept MC, Visa, and AmEx credit cards. We do not accept personal checks or cash.

Check In/Check Out

Check-in time is flexible.  We have self check-ins for your comfort and convenience.  You will receive check-in instructions when invoice is paid

Checkout time is 12:00p. 

Smoking

For the comfort and safety of all our guests, smoking and/or vaping is strictly prohibited anywhere within the house. A violation of this policy will lead to additional charges and is grounds for cancellation of your reservation without refund.

Cancellation Policy

Because we are a small B&B, cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of re-booking a room. For this reason we uphold a strict cancellation policy:

  • Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date.

  • No-shows are responsible for full payment of their entire reservation.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made 5 days or less prior to scheduled arrival will be charged the full reservation amount to the credit card provided for deposit.  There will be NO REFUNDS of invoice payments. Any and all rescheduled reservations will require the full financial payment of original reservation and the deposit is not transferrable to another stay. There are no exceptions to this policy including sickness, family emergencies, or weather related issues.

  • For multi-room booking of 2 or more rooms, cancellations made 30 days or less prior to scheduled arrival will be charged the full reservation amount to the credit card provided for deposit.  There will be NO REFUNDS of invoiced payments. Any and all rescheduled reservations will require the full financial payment of original reservation and the deposit is not transferrable to another stay. There are no exceptions to this policy including sickness, family emergencies, or weather related issues.
